GYC Dry Lining have been employed by Coulsons Builders to help turn an unused office building into 33 apartments. The apartments are in a great location to access shops, restaurants and within walking distance of Cambridge centre.
Works undertaken by GYC Dry Lining included Partition walls separating individual apartments and acoustic solutions.
Liaison with British Gypsum helped create the high-level acoustics to this scheme. We ensured full communication with the Builder in advance of commencement on site, this allowed us to secure materials ahead of time in the current difficult market conditions.
The scheme was a fully compliant British Gypsum specification.
